YOUR MEMORIES

Your memories generate a twist and tears my heart,

The distance between us troubles me a lot and my eyes rain blood,

The way I would drown in your deep and interrogating eyes,

The way I would get lost in the profound dimples on your cheeks,

The way I would be sunk in the uninterrupted dialogs of yours,

The way my blatant eyes would stare at every expression of yours,

All these memories haunt me day and night without a break,

I contemplate a lot not to reflect on those poignant moments,

Neither to ponder about you nor to be lost in your memoirs,

I want to wipe away all those reminiscences because of which my heart afflicts,

Because of this, my heart pains and my eyes rain,

But when the sun sets, your memories slowly creep and engulf me,

And your dreams start lingering me and your thoughts start occupying me.
